* The hallway booths are SOLD OUT!!!

* The Show will be held on December 5, 2009.

* All vendors must print and fill out the vendor contract.  Please mail it along with payment to the school address listed on the contract.

* Once the contract and payment are received you will be contacted with your booth space assignment.  A space will not be held for you without payment.

* Booths located in the entrance hallway cost more than booths located in the gym due to traffic flow.   

* The deadline for registration is November 13, 2009.  All vendor contracts and payments must be postmarked by November 6, 2009.

* Cancellations: A written letter of cancellation must be turned in by November 20, 2009 in order to receive a refund.

* Vendors are welcome to pre order both breakfast and lunch and have it delivered to your booth.  Information will be emailed to you once we receive your payment and contract.
